Health advantages and disadvantages of drinking coffee and/or tea daily?

Coffee and tea are different, so I'll start with coffee:

Pros:
* gives you that extra "pep" in the morning to get you started
* Fresh coffee smells good
* In moderate doses is considered by doctors good for your body
* comes in all sorts of forms to suit everybody (ie cappacinos, shots, iced, frappas, etc)
Alertness. I don't trust myself to drive until I've had at least a cup.
Fitness: It's been proven that people who drink caffeine earlier in the day before a workout feel that the workout is easier and can work harder.
Bowels: Hey, sometimes you really need to poop, and coffee can help.

Cons:
Coffee is a diuretic, which means it dehydrates you. You need to drink extra water to make up for the fluid loss. Plus, it makes you have to go pee during your morning meetings.
Teeth: You gotta brush and maybe even whiten. Prolonged use can stain. Same with tea.
Addiction: Once, I tried to quit, switch to decaf and green tea instead just so that I wasn't chemically tied to anything. Yeah, I'll never, ever try again. It was a living hell.
Insomnia: If you drink too much coffee throughout the day, you can mess up your sleep cycle.
* Bad breath

Tea, on the other hand, has a lot more antioxidants than coffee, and antioxidants have a ton of health benefits. Green tea especially is a wonder liquid. It settles the stomach, can prevent many types of diseases, and helps with weight loss. See why I tried to switch to this instead of coffee? Alas, it did not work. Green tea has half or less of the caffeine of coffee.

But it will, again, make you pee.

If you're free of addiction, I'd say go with green tea every day. You can get different flavors and it's incredibly good for you.
